Special Note: All registered occupants, staying in this property, must be a minimum of 30 years of age. An Arrival Registration Form must be signed with the names and ages of registered occupants and returned prior to the guests checking in. Please Note: The minimum age requirement is for adult groups only (i.e. families are an exception.)
In the event of a noise complaint, the registered guest will be charged $500 for the required response to the call. If the first warning is not adhered to, there will be an immediate eviction without refund.
