With oversize windows that command views of the majestic snow-crested Rainbow and Sproat Mountains, seating of 150 people in the Aubergine Grille spills over to to the patio, where we can accommodate an additional 70 seats in the summer months. Our patio is considered the place to be for sunset dining in Whistler.

At the old spaghetti factory their concept is a very simple one; take an old warehouse in a historic part of town and fill it with antiques and artifacts, provide the finest pasta and superb service, to make an extremely unique dining experience. Their twelve restaurants across Canada reflect this concept today. They're all decorated in a nostalgic theme using genuine antiques, stained glass, tiffany type lights, and usually an authentic trolley car forming a dining room within a dining room.
