Glacier #106 - 2 Bdrm HT - Big White

This family friendly vacation home is located in Glacier Lodge on the first floor left hand back corner. While there is no view the hot tub is nice and private and the residence still feels light and open. Glacier Lodge is centrally located with a ski access from the third floor via a ski bridge across to Happy Valley Way the ski run down to the gondola and Happy Valley Day Lodge, ice rink and mega coaster ride a wonderful place for families to hang out after in the evening. Glacier Lodge has ski lockers on each floor, place racks outside the front door when you pop home for lunch. The vacation home comes with one allocated underground parking space, other cars will need to park in the long term car parking at Happy Valley, tickets available from the Big White Rental Desk at the Happy Valley Lodge.

Enter into Glacier Lodge 106 front door into a spacious hallway with heated slate flooring, large closet for outdoor gear, bench and hooks. To the left is the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, straight ahead open plan kitchen living room and dining area and to the right is the second bedroom, main bathroom and laundry closet.

Master bedroom comes with a king bed, two bedside tables, dresser and built in closet. A handy patio door leads to the private deck with hot tub. The en-suite bathroom comes equipped with heated slate flooring, a wonderful steam shower with slate walls, large seat and glass door, basin and toilet.

Second bedroom has a double over double bunk bed, suitable for adults, top bunk unsuitable for young children, built in closet and dresser. This room also has access to a private balcony. Both bedrooms a fully carpeted.

Main bathroom has a heated slate floor, large deep bath tub with shower over head, basin and toilet.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining room is a lovely space for the family to hang out together. Kitchen comes fully equipped with stove, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, plus all other necessary items to cook and entertain. Lots of granite counter tops, large double black sink, separate square island granite counter with seating for three people and beautiful wood cabinets. A door leads to the deck with private hot tub and barbecue. An oblong wood topped table with iron legs with six matching dining chairs is set between the island and window. The living area has a over-sized fabric three seater couch with pull out double bed; two leather arm chairs; coffee table; side table are set up into from of a slate clad gas fireplace. To the right of the fireplace is the TV with Telus Optik and a PlayStation 2. The open plan living place is covered with a warm wood flooring.
