From there, the property opens up to the fantastic open concept, vaulted ceiling main floor with full kitchen, dining space and living area complete with gas fireplace. Natural light pours in from the wall of floor to ceiling windows along the whole length of this space. The master bedroom is on this floor and is furnished with a queen size bed. This room is also filled with natural light and has access to the amazing deck at the back of the property. There is one full bathroom on this floor.

The walk out lower level is again filled with natural light. This space is also open concept and features the media/games room complete with HDTV and a home theatre system. The games area has a foosball table and an air hockey table. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are found on this level. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunk beds.

The wrap around south facing deck is accessible from the main floor and has a private BBQ and patio furniture. The deck has nice views of the Lake Windermere and the Rocky and Purcell mountain ranges.

Kinsmen beach is only a minute or two drive away. This Invermere hot spot has a Splash & Spray Park, beach volleyball and a well laid out park for kids. In the summer months, enjoy the water slides and swimmers dock which are located in the lake and in the winter months, enjoy pond hockey, skating and/or cross country skiing at this location.
