This well appointed studio unit features knotty alder cabinets and rustic slate floors. It sleeps up to 3 guests with a king bed and a twin sofa sleeper. This studio is complete with a full kitchen, a master bathroom with a shower and jetted tub, private laundry facilities, private garage with parking for one car, Wi-Fi, and a natural gas fireplace. For our summer guests, this home does not have air conditioning, but a fan has been provided for your comfort.
Alpine Retreat is a collection of individual homes and townhomes located on Park Avenue. These cozy homes are located steps from the free citywide shuttle route, giving guests access to resort base areas and the greater Park City area. Walk to the Park City Mountain base area, City Park, Historic Main Street, and the Rail Trail from this excellent location. Enjoy features like off street parking, common area hot tubs, and serene landscaping.
