Entry is on to a mezzanine floor with steps up to the living and kitchen area and steps down to the large 3rd bedroom and internal entrance to the garage. On this level there is an open plan kitchen and living room with 2 sofas and a flat screen TV with cable access and a gas fire. The living room windows has lovely views over Happy Valley and the mountains beyond. This open plan area also provides a dining table which seats 8 and a breakfast bar at the kitchen center island.The kitchen comes equipped with has a large fridge freezer & ice maker, electric ceramic hob range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
Out from the kitchen is a private deck with a hot tub and views of Laura's Gondola going up to village center. Also on this level there is a den with a double futon with a glass door and window looking south and at the top of the stairs there is a convenient half bathroom.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a fireplace with an en-suite including a Jacuzzi bath tub with a shower over, views of Happy Valley and Monashee Mountains. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed with an en-suite with an enclosed shower cubicle with a large shower head. At the top of the landing is a cupboard with separate washing machine and dryer.
On the bottom floor is a large third bedroom and lounge area ideal for the kids, it has a single over single bunk and a single bed. The lounge area has 2 couches, TV with wii console and loads of board games. A back door leads to the groomed ski back access leading down to the Plaza chair. On this floor there is a bathroom containing a bath with shower over. A door from the heated garage for 1 car leads into tiled floor passage that leads into the 3rd bedroom and stairs leading up to main entrance. In the garage is a cupboard with drier for putting ski and snowboard boots.
