This exquisite luxury home sits on five private acres, has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, sleeps 18 and is perched on a hill with magnificent sweeping views. A short 30 minute drive from the airport into the woods, you will be delighted with your accommodations. The home has a mountain lodge feel with high end finishes, wood doors, granite, travertine, and beautiful rock work.
When you pull into the circular drive and walk through the front door you will be wowed by all the glass and the views. The main floor features a large yet cozy living area with a gas fireplace. The open floor plan allows you to view the dining area, which can seat up to ten, and the kitchen area where a L shaped bar surrounds it on two sides. The gourmet kitchen is a cooks dream with all Viking/Subzero appliances. It offers a full size refrigerator as well as a full size freezer, two ovens, two dishwashers, and a six burner cooktop with griddle.
Tucked behind the kitchen is the main floor family room with a flat screen TV and DVD, and a fireplace. There is also a kitchen nook area with a table that seats four, for that early morning coffee with a view. A desk area with a general use computer also occupies the nook. The large, wrap around deck features a large gas grill and is enjoyable summer entertaining.
The main floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed. This elegant spacious room has a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, with DVD player. The master bath is large with the two sided fireplace, jetted tub, double sinks, and a sizable steam shower, and its own washer/dryer. Just off the master bedroom is an outdoor ho tub.
The main floor also has a bunk room with a queen size bunk on the bottom and a twin size bunk on the top. There is a full bath down the hall, decorated in rich browns for guests to use as well as those occupying the bunk room.
Downstairs features an oversized game room/family room with its own bar, flat screen TV with DVD player, and a gas fireplace.
The lower bunk room has a queen lower bunk and a twin upper bunk. It also has a TV connected to a Wii, some games are provided. A full size bathroom services the family room, bunk room, and the single queen bedroom. Downstairs also has a bedroom with two queen size beds, perfect for those older children, with its own full bathroom. The lower master bedroom is just as spacious as the upstairs master again with a fireplace and flat screen TV and DVD player. This master bath has a shower, with a separate tub, and separate toilet area. A full size laundry room is located on this level as well.
A second outdoor hot tub is located just off the family room for easy access for all. Enjoy the panoramic views from this exclusive location. In the summer three fabulous water features run, two out back and one in front. The home has a two car bay for parking in garage with lots of outdoor driveway parking. There are two boot warmers to insure you can dry your boots for the next day. A collection of DVD's is left in the house for your use, kid and family themes.
The home was designed to suit two to three families comfortably. This is a skier's paradise. Just minutes from Park City's Kimball Junction where Redstone Plaza and Newpark Town Center offer numerous restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, and shopping. Park City has three top ranked resorts, The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley Resort, recently ranked number one by Ski Magazine for the fourth year in a row.
