The construction of this 4,500 square foot, four story home built into the side of The Peak 7 Mountain Range was completed in 2001.
Just minutes from the existing Peak 8 Base and even closer to the Peak 7 Base this four bedroom, four and a half bath home is a great vacation home that will fit up to three families comfortably. This home has a nice open floor plan with a large kitchen that overlooks the great room and dining area. It is done in a colorado lodge style decor, giving you that mountain home feeling. The hot tub is located on the highly secluded deck with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. There is also gameroom that has a pool table. There is an adequate amount of televisions so everyone can watch what they want.
