About Mountain Accommodations
In 2002, founder Mark Walker recognized the demand to create a company that was aimed at the needs of the new sophisticated traveler looking for a unique vacation experience.
Forming a partnership with Byron Breau in the winter of 2004, together incorporating Canadian Vacation Homes Ltd. and American Vacation Homes Corp. (with websites Sandcastle Accommodations, Okanagan Vacation Home Rentals, OK Chalets and Mountain Accommodations).
The company has grown from one employee and 12 vacation properties in 2003, to 13 full time employees and more than 5000 vacation homes and resorts in 2008.
Mountain Accommodations represents premium ski chalets, resorts and boutique hotels throughout North America, including British Columbia, Colorado, and Utah.
Canadian Vacation Homes Ltd. and American Vacation Homes Corp. are able to provide an exclusive four season vacation experience by choosing superior properties and partnering with only the best property management companies. This high standard of product is evident in the unlimited options of accommodations, ensuring there is a property for every customer’s individual needs.
